If I come across anything I will be sure to post a
blog entry about it. Subscribe to my RSS to keep an eye out for that.

Re: iPhone 3G Reviewed: The Phone (Part 1)

The alarm and Calender applications are both seperate. I want something like you set a schedule and can have an option to put an alarm on it. Now this calender just makes a beep sound.

Thankyou!

Re: iPhone 3G Reviewed: The Phone (Part 1)

You can do that with the default applications that come on the iPhone.
Alarm and Calendar will handle this for you.

Re: iPhone 3G Reviewed: The Phone (Part 1)

Hello does anyone know of an application to use on apple iphone where i can have alarms going off on any date and time. It really is amazing. I have had it for a few weeks now, and am still enjoying having it.

Re: iPhone 3G Reviewed: The Phone (Part 1)

gosh, i WISH i could afford an iPhone. well correction: i HAVE the money to buy it, but not enough as a college student in order to pay a monthly bill. it's pretty high for my standard. that and my contract ends in a year. i love the new design, and from the pictures you showed, it looks amazing, and has better features than i thought. for now, i MIGHT invest in an iPod touch, if it gains more space in the future with a lower price. as for the iPhone, i'll be waiting :D (patiently)

Re: iPhone 3G Reviewed: The Phone (Part 1)

Thanks Derrick, glad to hear your purchasing experience was much quicker than mine.

Re: iPhone 3G Reviewed: The Phone (Part 1)

New to the iPhone situation, myself. My Treo 650 (yup, I said 650) was DYING and it just so happened that last Sunday my contract expired. I headed to the Apple Store in Pasadena on a Tuesday at 7am, they opened at 8am, and maybe a half hour later, I was good to go (existing ATT Wireless customer).

Anyway, no real complaints on my end. 2.0.1 seemed to make it faster and snappier...at least in terms of flipping through contacts, SMSs, and across the apps on the home screen. Good review.
