  • I on the third week for the 2nd time. It gets really hard, but you start to see some great results by this time. I'm using the perfect pushup and I can really see the difinition in my arms, shoulders, chest and even abs.

    I also think the 100 is impossible, but even if I fall just short, it is still an amazing accomplishment.

  • That is awesome that you are seeing results. I have heard that week 3 is when you really start to feel it. I just finished week 2 and I am going to take the second test on Sunday.

    Can I ask how many you did in your initial test, and how many you did in your second test?
