Meh, I thought this was pretty ham-handed. I'd have liked to see them surprise a customer for real instead of staging it. They should have learned from approaches like Whopper Freakout and the Coke Zero lawyer stuff; honest reactions are always more interesting.

It seems pretty real to me, but it probably is staged! Still, it is pretty creative. I would have loved to see this in person!
